Fully automatic filling and capping machine for filling pharmaceutical liquids into vials. Suitable for aseptic filling and for vaccines. The main machine precisely and safely doses the product using a peristaltic pump system and seals the vials with a lyophilization stopper. The single-head capping machine also operates quickly and accurately and is suitable for aluminum screw caps. Also included is a collection table for the finished product, which, together with the capping and main machines, can be flexibly combined to form a complete line. All machines are equipped with dust protection covers and a laminar flow hood.
