AMTEC BLM 280 CPL

Economical blister machine with a quick-change format unit for increased flexibility. Universal feeding system for handling capsules, flat or oval tablets, caplets, triangular tablets, and various other shapes. Adjustable sealing pressure to accommodate different product requirements. The machine is additionally equipped with a film waste cutting device, enabling production runs of approximately 90 minutes. Integrated camera inspection systems (micro-hole detector, BASLER color camera) detect defective blisters and ensure the quality of the blister packaging. The capacity for two forming film rolls and the integrated forming film splicer increase efficiency during material changes. The length of the final blisters can be set via software. Water cooling system, 1 x aluminium format set with dedicated feeding system, aluminium/PVC format set with brush feeder, and unit for print mark detection are included.
