Sample system for filling small bottles with low liquid volumes: a typical application is eye drops. The system features a container orientation module that places the small bottles onto a conveyor belt. Modules include bottle cleaning (water/gas), cleaning of internal/external seams (cap components), filling, and labeling. The system is PLC-controlled. A total of 3 water rinsing and 3 gas rinsing cycles ensure an extremely high level of cleanliness with no water residues. All liquid-contact parts are constructed entirely from SS316 stainless steel.
