Specifications:
The slicer is fitted with 4 magazines, each consisting of:
- 4 synchronous pin-belt conveyors driven by a servomotor
- 4 chutes tailored to the products to be sliced

CUTTING CARRIAGE
Cutting is performed by a band blade mounted on two 200 mm diameter titanium wheels fixed to a transverse titanium element.
The cutting carriage is guided by 'Hepco' stainless steel rails and rollers.

Cutting motion is controlled by a Sew Usocome servo gearbox, a through-shaft and two crank-rod systems.
Titanium wheels are driven by a Sew Usocome gearmotor equipped with a drive shaft and an expanding pulley ensuring constant tension of the drive V-belt.
A torque-limited tensioning system allows precise adjustment of the band blade tension.
The blade is lubricated by an automatic spray gun connected to a low-pressure water network.
OUTFEED CONVEYOR:
Sliced products are received and transferred via a 2-ply polyurethane belt conveyor powered by a Sew Usocome servo reducer.
Product transfer is performed by a 16 mm diameter drop blade at the conveyor end.
Belt quick-release system included.
Perforated bed for easy cleaning.
Entire conveyor constructed in stainless steel.
