System Concept Description Loading and unloading of the crossbeams with window frames and sashes is performed via a lifting/lowering station, which enables ergonomic and process-secure feeding of the system. Drying is performed by warm air generated via a hot water system with a flow temperature of approx. 85 °C. Recirculation pump Pneumatic double-diaphragm pump with valves, seals, and diaphragms made from nitrile rubber, and a housing made of plastic material (PVDF). Air nozzles A blow-off system is installed in the first chamber to prevent product from escaping. A second blow-off system after the flooding chamber removes excess product from the workpiece.
