Opis
Digital Printing System for Carpet and Textile Printing
ChromoJet is a valve-based jet print technology developed by ZIMMER in 1976 and has since established itself as a standard in carpet and heavy textile printing.
The ChromoJet family of digital printing systems is suitable for all types of pile products in the range of 300 to 1,500 g/sqm.
ChromoJet operates with high-speed valves. The pre-mixed, pressurized special or process colors are injected deep into the surface of the pile with surgical precision, without any machine parts touching the material. The result is maximum color penetration and outstanding print resolution.
Dye classes:
Acid and premetallized – for printing on polyamide (nylon) and wool
Disperse – for printing on polyester-based carpets
Cationic – for printing on modified (cationic) polyester and acrylic fibers
Reactive – for printing on carpets and mats made of polyamide, wool, and cotton
