Service contract for print system €2,580 per month:
• System flat rate, technician call-out/travel included

Canon Software Support €254 per month:
- Provision of hotfixes, patches, and updates
- Provision of upgrades

- For on-site visits, a travel fee will be charged according to the current price list of the supplier.
- The travel fee is waived if the supplier deems the on-site visit appropriate.
- The standard response time for a service intervention is an average of six hours within the supplier's service hours.
