The U-162 small parts counter was specially developed for use as a filler on automatic bagging machines and is ideal for counting recurring batches of the same product type. Embedded in the ICI vision-based bulk counting technology, the U-162B parts counter can count an unprecedented variety of small parts measuring from 1 mm to 25 mm without the need for tools when changing over the objects.

Complex-shaped objects, including open-shaped items, can be easily counted, making the U-162B small parts counting machine an ideal system for the aerospace, defense, medical, electronics, hardware, and other industries. Its unique ability to count multiple items in parallel enables counting speeds of up to 200 objects per second and delivers results comparable to weight-based machines, while maintaining higher accuracy than traditional counters.
