These move at a right angle to the material, allowing for optimal clamping. - Thanks to the saw band position height control, the operator can position the band close to the material’s upper edge. After cutting, the band automatically returns to the previous position; alternatively, the 'remain' option in the lower position can be selected. During the cutting cycle, the software compares cutting force with preset values and can stop the sawing system in case of irregularities. - The saw band is cleaned by two adjustable steel brushes, which are hydraulically driven. - The hydraulic unit, including filter and manometer, ensures especially smooth operation at constant pressure.
