Sword Brush
Micro-moistening of the brush elements using an antistatic humidification nozzle by Riepe. Moistening can be precisely adjusted through this nozzle.
Cleaning of the product surface via sword brush technology.
Dust particles are collected by the brushes and removed by the extraction system.
A rotating doctor blade and compressed air nozzles ensure continuous cleaning of the brush system.

Power-Channel
The Power-Channel contains 14 rotating dual power compressed air nozzles, which pneumatically remove particles or dust from the material surface and recesses.
The extraction system disposes of the loosened particles.
