The Terra-Star TSP.155 is the highest-throughput separator in the excavator class from 27t upwards.
The housing contains five shafts, whereas most other manufacturers only offer three. This alone delivers significant added throughput. The additional shafts extend the screening path, allowing the material considerably more room in the direction of movement to loosen up, and greatly increasing the gaps through which soil can be screened out.

In addition, the shafts are arranged at a 15° angle to each other inside the housing. This creates a circular formation of rotating shafts which optimally guides the material flow. This motion also causes the soil to rotate around itself, which is a clear advantage of the Terra-Star system.

The separator offered here is equipped with shafts specifically designed for particularly challenging soils. The HX 500 blocks are welded onto a disc, extending further into the material and allowing for improved movement and processing of the soil.
