The vertical 2-head bandsaw type 480 TWIN is specially designed for the high-performance processing of stacked timber and small-diameter logs. The machine enables precision two-sided cutting of prisms from round material, preparing it for further processing.

The 480 TWIN model is used as the initial element in a technological line for cutting and edging logs, especially in the production of pallet components. Equipped with two saw heads, the machine can simultaneously perform two cutting operations with high dimensional accuracy. Its structure features a robust steel frame, a precise bandsaw guide system, and a continuously adjustable feed system. Hydraulic blade tensioning ensures optimal operating conditions for the saw blades and stable cutting performance.
