The environmentally friendly CNC servo press brakes from WEINBRENNER, model series WPS, represent a maximum improvement over the previous hydraulic standard machines. Up to 60% energy savings and higher angle accuracy can be achieved. The tool clamping system conforms to the AMADA system, as do the compatible tools. The press’s rigidity is optimized by the closed frame construction. To compensate for deflection, the press is equipped with a motorized, CNC-controlled table crowning system (WILA system).

- CNC control "ESA S875-2D" allowing intuitive graphical programming of parts. With the press of a button, the control calculates the bending sequence and all axis positions (including collision warning). Features a 15" TFT color display touchscreen, USB port, network connection, and tool database for 50 punches and dies each. Offers graphical 2D programming and visualization during operation, for up to 4 axes plus auxiliary functions.
- Height- and side-adjustable 2-axis arm for ergonomic and comfortable CNC operation.
- Divided upper tool, Amada system, manufactured in Italy, material C 50 (HRC 50-52), induction hardened and ground at the working surfaces. Load capacity: 100 t/m. Supplied as: 2 x 835 mm segments, left and right horns 100 mm each, remainder in smaller segments. Height: 66.6 mm.
