FUNCTIONAL PRINCIPLE
The system is designed for proportioning (dosing) and mixing of two- or multi-component products.
An electronic control monitors and regulates the specified mixing ratio. The base paint flows continuously, and the controller mixes in the required amount of hardener at short intervals (batchwise) via a valve.
The flow rates of both base paint and hardener are measured by flow meters. For piston pumps, stroke sensors can be used as an alternative.
The components and cleaning agents are supplied by supply pumps.

Color Selection
Mixing ratios, pot lifes, etc. are stored as recipes. Changing the recipe allows for easy color changes.

Additional Features and Application Areas:

- Suitable for low to medium pressure (32.5 MPa; 325 bar; 4714 psi).
- 2K COMFORT XL model available for high pressure (53 MPa; 530 bar; 7687 psi).

- Modular design – can be configured to meet customer requirements.

- Electronic dosing accuracy ensures consistent quality.

- Suitable for processing water-based 2K materials, as all material-wetted parts are designed for this purpose – for example, made from stainless steel.

- The fluid section of the Ex variant is suitable for use in hazardous areas (Zone 1 and 2).

- Many function indicators use simple symbols instead of language. Texts are displayed in the selected language.

- Consumption overview for each component and for cleaning agents, VOC documentation.

- Storage of the last 700 error messages with date and time.

- Safety through continuous monitoring of system parameters, operator notification upon even the slightest malfunction, and automatic production interruption if necessary.

- Parameter protection via security code. Settings can be backed up to a USB stick.

- Electronic setting of the mixing ratio between 0.1:1 and 50:1.

- Up to 100 work recipes. (Also with robot communication or Profibus compatibility.)

- Option for two separate fluid circuits:
– for simultaneous operation,
– for rapid color changes,
– or to separate two incompatible 2K materials (e.g., PUR and epoxy paints).

- Programmable cleaning recipes save up to 60% cleaning agent compared to conventional systems.

- Fully automatic control and monitoring for 1–4 spray guns.

- Compatible with both solvent-based and water-based products, as well as selective automatic cleaning with water and/or solvents.

- Use with manual or automatic atomizers.

- Integration features such as automatic booth release, automatic gun cleaning, etc.

- Robot communication capability.
