The specified values refer to the maximum mechanical performance achievable using original W+D format parts and components. Actual production rates depend on various parameters beyond our control, such as the characteristics of the materials to be processed, product and cut shape, window size and position, feeding direction, type and position of the closing flap, as well as print design and ink.

STANDARD VERSION
The machine is designed for double-sided printing of pre-made envelopes and mailing bags using conventional offset inks. The printing units are satellite-configured around a central impression cylinder.

Performance:
One-sided printing: Up to 1,200 envelopes per minute for papers according to DIN 6733 with an area weight of 60–165 g/m² for format heights up to 162 mm in double stream operation
Perfecting (front & back printing): Up to 700 envelopes per minute for papers according to DIN 6733 with an area weight of 60–165 g/m² for format heights up to 162 mm in single stream operation
Up to 500 envelopes per minute for papers according to DIN 6733 with an area weight of 60–165 g/m² for format heights up to 229 mm in single stream operation
Up to 700 envelopes per minute for papers according to DIN 6733 with an area weight of 60–165 g/m² for format heights up to 180 mm in single stream operation
