Voortman VB1050 horizontal band saw as a REPLACEMENT MACHINE!

The Voortman VB1050 horizontal band saw with length measuring system is a powerful saw for precise cutting of medium-weight steel profiles.

This band saw is designed for the economical sawing of steel profiles up to a profile size of 1,000 mm (width) x 450 mm (height).

This CNC-controlled Voortman VB 1050 band saw features a mitre adjustment to the left/right.

An outstanding feature of the Voortman VB series is the movable saw table, where the saw blade and cutting zone move synchronously. This ensures the saw blade never cuts into the table and allows for stepless rotations for precise cuts. For mitre cuts, the table automatically lowers to allow free rotation to the next desired angle.

The programmable rotation for mitre cuts allows for stepless selection and locking of angles before cutting.
