This automatic stretch wrapper with turntable automatically applies and cuts the film on the pallet compared to the KVK 3, which requires manual operation. Thanks to this pre-stretch system, you can generate up to 3.5 meters of film from 1 meter of roll film on the pallet, significantly reducing your material consumption. Moreover, only minimal film tension is applied with this system, ensuring that even lightweight goods are not pulled off the turntable. With a weight of 700 kg, this model is highly stable and designed to handle loads of up to 2,000 kg. The KVK 3 Automatic features a 1,650 mm turntable and, as standard, can wrap pallets up to 2,400 mm in height. Adjustable speeds for both the turntable and film carriage, as well as a power stretch unit controlled via potentiometer, allow you to perfectly tailor the automated wrapping to your product. Automatic pallet detection (via photocell) is just as standard as the adjustable top and bottom wrap cycles. You can choose programs for “up only” wrapping, “up & down” (cross-wrapping), and “weatherproof” wrapping. If required, the wrapper can also be operated manually. If the wrapper needs to be used at a different location in the meantime, it can easily be lifted and relocated by forklift via integrated cutouts. Options: In addition to a suitable ramp and a photocell for detecting dark goods or black film, the KVK 3 Automatic can optionally be configured for increased wrapping heights (up to 3,200 mm). This model is our clear recommendation if you are wrapping very lightweight goods or if you need to stretch wrap more than approximately 30 pallets per day, with automatic film application and cutting for each cycle.
