Upon request, we can also offer you suitable ramp options, a photoelectric sensor for black detection, or the appropriate machine stretch film! About this model: Our ProfilineLP is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper, which guarantees absolutely consistent results with up to 32 storable programs, thus eliminating any “human factor.” It is as space-saving as a pallet wrapper with horseshoe turntable, and as robust as a closed system – the advantages of this machine are clear and to the point! The electromagnetic brake allows precise adjustment of film tension, and the settings for base wraps, upward wraps, top wraps, and downward wraps can be saved in each program. Within the programs, you can further adjust the speed of the film carriage and turntable, as well as store the number of top and bottom wraps and the film overlap at the pallet end individually for each program. This enables you to set up customized programs for each packing scheme, ensuring consistently perfect wrapping results. The programs can be password-protected so operators can only select from pre-set programs. With a weight of 500 kg, this model is designed for loads up to 1,200 kg. Our Profiline LP features a 1,650 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2,500 mm high as standard. Automatic pallet detection via photoelectric sensor, as well as adjustable head and foot wraps, come as standard. This model is our recommendation if you have limited space and require a professional, robust pallet wrapper that is fully adaptable to your needs. Would you like a taller mast, pre-stretch film unit, or automatic film cutting? With this machine, almost anything is possible! We are happy to configure this machine as a new unit with any options tailored to your requirements. Bdedsz E Ilaopfx Aiqsh About us: Business is done between people – we are convinced of that!
