The VITO XS fryer oil filter is the perfect solution for operations with large fryers. Equipped with a 40-liter tank and a unique vacuum filtration system, it ensures efficient and hygienic handling of fryer oil in your kitchen.

The X Series operates on a straightforward principle with a focus on oil savings and safety: The device generates a vacuum and draws the used fryer oil through a hose into a sealed tank. As the hot oil does not need to be drained directly, it ensures a safe working environment around the fryer. During this innovative oil removal process, the frying medium is filtered through an eco-friendly filter pad. This allows for very fine microfiltration without the use of chemicals or additives. By removing even the smallest food residues and carbon particles, oil savings of up to 50% can be achieved. Once emptied, the fryer can be thoroughly cleaned while the oil is stored in the VITO X filtration system. After filtration, the frying medium is pumped back into the fryer. The result? Clean oil for delicious fried products and satisfied customers.
