The SP 1200 roller polishing machine is designed for polishing polyester and polyurethane paints, metals, marble, and similar materials on flat surfaces.
The machine structure consists of a moving worktable and a fixed head. The vertical movement (up/down) is motorized and runs on ball-bearing linear guides, ensuring precision and smooth motion.
The table’s translational speed, in both directions, is inverter-controlled and adjustable via potentiometer. Polishing duration is managed through a stroke counter.
Polishing is performed by a roller mounted perpendicular to the feed direction, made up of high-quality cotton discs.

The sturdy electro-welded steel frame ensures high stability during operation.
The machine can be equipped with an abrasive compound application system, using pneumatic guns.
