The BRL 1200 automatic polishing machine is a modern, high-performance unit specifically designed for polishing flat surfaces painted with glossy polyesters or two-component polyurethane-based finishes, among others.
The machine’s frame is constructed from robust metal and features a wooden worktable with a usable area of 1200 x 3000 mm, a working height of 900 mm, and a maximum material thickness capacity of up to 200 mm.
The polishing system comprises 6 sponge pads equipped with orbital rotation combined with individual pad rotation. The reciprocating motion of the machine can be adjusted in speed via a potentiometer.
The machine is mounted on a solid, welded steel base, which ensures high stability and delivers top-quality gloss finishes in reduced cycle times.
The up, down, and translational movements are guided by ball bearing linear guides and carriages, and controlled by an inverter, while the pad lift speed remains fixed.
