The Vemag HR 2x5=10 is a powerful, highly advanced industrial system designed for the thermal processing of meat, sausages, poultry, and other food products. This offered set, comprising three high-capacity steam-smoking chambers, forms a complete production line capable of accommodating up to thirty smoking trolleys simultaneously. This makes it an ideal solution for large-scale, industrial food processing plants.

The chambers are constructed with a dual-row system (2 rows of 5 trolleys each), ensuring optimal air and smoke circulation—and thus, perfectly even temperature and color distribution at every level of the trolleys.

- High-performance steam heating: The use of a steam installation working at 6–10 bar enables rapid achievement of target temperatures, minimizing cooking and steaming times, directly resulting in lower weight loss of finished products.

- Precise humidity control: The individual steam humidification systems (up to 400 kg/h in the older model and 270 kg/h in the 1993 models) ensure full climate control inside the chamber, which is critical for achieving optimal product juiciness.
