TECHNICAL DATA & CONFIGURATION
Dimensions: 600 cm (L) x 240 cm (W) x 270 cm (H).
Flexibility: The position of 2 windows and 1 door can be freely chosen at no extra charge (standard model).
Insulation: 5 cm EPS sandwich panels. Optional: PU or rock wool.
Roof & Floor: Double roof protection (5 cm EPS sandwich panel + trapezoidal sheet), floor with wood-effect PVC.

Optional Panel Thickness
The standard version includes sandwich panels with a thickness of 50 mm. Upon request, panel thickness can be increased to 80 mm or 100 mm.
A surcharge for 80 mm or 100 mm variants will be calculated separately on request.
Weight: Average weight approx. 900 kg (final weight communicated after loading).

PREMIUM OPTIONS & SECURITY (available at extra cost)
Windows/Doors: Anthracite-coloured frames, tilt-and-turn function, triple glazing or aluminium profiles instead of PVC.
Security: Fixed iron window bars or shutters (manual/electric).
Interior: Integration of WC, shower, partitions or kitchen areas possible.
Climate: Split air conditioning (heating/cooling) with optional protective grille for the outdoor unit (subject to surcharge).

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
Electricity: LED lighting, sockets (expandable), distribution board with RCD, 32-A CEE connection.

LOGISTICS, CUSTOMS & UNLOADING
Production & Customs: Direct shipment from factory in Turkey. We handle all customs clearance.
Delivery condition: Container is fully assembled upon delivery.
Important note on unloading: Unloading at the destination is the customer’s responsibility. Due to the weight (approx. 900 kg), a crane or suitable forklift is required for unloading.

PAYMENT TERMS & INVOICING
Corporate Clients (B2B): 50% advance payment (proforma invoice), 50% before shipping.
Private Clients (B2C): 100% prepayment with order (proforma invoice).
Bank details: Payments to be made to our official VASG KFT accounts at Raiffeisenbank Hungary or Revolut Business. Commercial invoice is issued upon receipt of payment.
All prices are net plus VAT. Upon request, we will be happy to provide a revised quotation including shipping and VAT.

SCHEDULE
Production: Custom builds approx. 7-15 working days.
Delivery time: AT, DE, IT, HU: 7-14 days. Other EU countries after shipping: 10-20 days
