The Vapormate is our extremely versatile, manual entry-level system. It is a very popular unit for users who require a compact solution for smaller spaces or wish to test wet blasting technology before investing in a larger system. The Vapormate comes equipped with all the features you would expect from one of our larger manual systems. Wet blasting was invented in the 1950s by Vapormatt. In over 70 years of further development in wet blasting, the Vapormate has become an ergonomically as well as economically optimized system.

The integrated water recirculation system ensures efficient use of consumables.

Wet blasting offers a gentler and more uniform processing of parts thanks to water as the carrier medium, in comparison to, for example, dry blasting. With this technology, you can achieve smooth and even surfaces on your components.
