Automatic FARMALINE packaging line featuring highly precise dosing systems for liquids or powders, integrated via a shared section for labelling and final packaging. The entire production line is connected by a unified conveyor system allowing for alternating operation modes.

Pharmaceutical-grade finish – all elements in contact with the product are made from materials approved for pharmaceutical use (e.g., AISI 316L, PTFE), ensuring ease of cleaning.

100% process control ensured through a detection and reject system for defective products at every stage. Integrated production management system (three access levels, production orders, operating parameters, process reporting).

Operating speed in both working modes: 25 packs/minute.

Liquid dosing:
- Working range and accuracy: 2–20 ml +/-1%
- Automatic feeding of containers (bottles) via cobot system
- Bottle air purging with clean compressed air before filling
- Pre- and post-filling weight measurement of containers (bottles)
- Dosing using 4 piston pumps
- Drip elimination system after dosing process
- Reject system for incorrectly dosed products
- Automatic capping of bottles with torque and pipette presence control (if required)

Powder dosing:
- Working range and accuracy: 1–100 g +/-1%
- Automatic feeding of containers (jars) via a conveyor with separator
- Combination scale with a precise dosing system (accuracy: 0.025 g/weighing cell) depending on set dose
- Checkweigher with reject mechanism for off-weight products
- Automatic capping of jars with torque control
- Container sealing via induction sealing inside jar caps

- Container feeding on conveyor with separator
