We offer a powerful, slow-speed twin-shaft shredder specifically designed for the efficient and precise processing of aluminium, including:

The specially engineered shredding system prevents material from being pulled or crushed—aluminium is efficiently cut, not compressed. The knife system ensures clean and precise cuts, preventing vertically fed material from passing through the chamber unprocessed.

The blades are manufactured from certified, wear-resistant steel. The shredder is equipped with geared motors from a renowned manufacturer.

Available motor options: 2 × 18.5 kW or 2 × 22 kW.

Fraction size – configurable to customer requirements.

Model RS8: working shaft length 600 mm – identical construction to the RS800 and RS1200 models.
Made in Poland.
