This is an electric furnace, where the heating system consists of resistance heating elements located near the fan unit. The fan circulates the atmosphere inside the heating chamber via the heating branches, thereby heating both the working atmosphere and the load. The furnace’s working chamber is equipped with a separately controlled heating unit in the rear wall. The furnace features a radial recirculation fan with a horizontal shaft to ensure uniform temperature distribution throughout the entire working chamber. The recirculation fan pushes the heated air through the recirculation channels of the insert. All rotating parts are protected against accidental contact. The device’s temperature profile is controlled by a programmable PID industrial controller, which allows up to 30 heat treatment programs to be stored according to processing technology and batch requirements.
