The highly productive, semi-automated 3D printing system TruPrint 5000 optimally equips you for industrial series production. With features like an optional 500°C preheating and full-field multilaser configuration with three 500-watt TRUMPF fiber lasers, you are ideally prepared for the most demanding industrial applications. The machine quickly and reliably manufactures high-quality parts from various metallic materials and meets high quality standards in tool and mold making, including 3D printing on preform blanks, in aerospace, as well as in medical technology. Optionally, the entire process chain can operate under an inert gas atmosphere: sieving, printing, cooling, depowdering. Combined with external part and powder management and TRUMPF monitoring solutions, it is perfectly suited for industrial additive series manufacturing.

Thanks to the preform option, the TruPrint 5000 supports hybrid component production. For this, additively manufactured component structures are built onto a blank. This innovative feature is particularly suited for straightforward handling in tool and mold making.
