The TREPKO PKG 1 is equipped with a single stage for all stations. The filling head is designed to handle a variety of products, such as yogurt, cream, sauces, milk, 1 cm fruit pieces, vanilla pudding, etc. Thanks to its straightforward maintenance, these machines are highly recommended for production facilities where constant productivity is required. Trepko cup fillers are primarily powered by a main motor that converts movement into an INDEX gearbox and sends signals to the air cylinders, activating them at each station. The filling volumes depend on customer requirements, with the standard volume ranging from 50 to 500 ml per cup. Upon request, we can increase the filling volume by enlarging the diameter of the filling cylinder. The machine was previously used for filling cheese into small rectangular cups. In terms of conversion to cups with an external diameter of 71, 75, 80, and 95 mm, we can provide this service in-house. Please contact us for further information.
