The UHT sterilization unit applies high temperatures to ensure the microbiological stability of liquid products. With a controlled heating system, it maintains the sterilization temperature between 95°C and 138°C, depending on production requirements. Furthermore, the operator can set the holding time at multiple levels: options include 5, 10, 15 seconds for initial phases and 30, 45, 60 seconds for advanced stages, allowing precise control of thermal treatment.
To optimize heat transfer, the system regulates the hot water flow between 10,500 and 32,000 l/h, ensuring even sterilization. As a result, the unit maintains an outlet temperature between 85°C and 95°C, facilitating controlled cooling prior to further processing.
Another key advantage is the system’s design, which enables seamless integration with homogenization systems, CIP units (cleaning-in-place), and aseptic packaging lines. This allows manufacturers to streamline their production process while maintaining hygiene and quality standards.
