The TERLET TERLOTHERM is a vertical scraped surface heat exchanger designed for the gentle heating and cooling of viscous, sensitive, or burn-prone products. The scraper system continuously renews the product surface—ensuring high heat transfer rates, consistent product quality, and safe processing even for demanding recipes.
