What is the filtoo?
The newly developed filtoo extraction unit by TEKA is a mobile filtration system usable for a wide range of fume, dust, and gas extraction applications. The unit has been tested according to DIN EN ISO 15012-1 (2005) and is IFA-certified (formerly BGIA, IFA no. 201020469/1140) for welding fume class "W3" (separation efficiency: > 99.9%). When used as intended, filtoo is suitable for filtering fumes generated by welding and thermal cutting processes during the machining of unalloyed and high-alloyed chromium/nickel steels.

How does the filtoo work?
Contaminated air is drawn into the filter system via an extraction arm or other capture device. Through a multi-stage filtration process, particles and gases are separated from the airstream, and the cleaned air is returned to the work area.

Where can the filtoo be used?
At welding workstations, in workshops, for soldering applications, by restorers, and in metal fabrication shops.

What do you get for your money?
You receive a fully operational "plug and play system" – only the extraction device needs to be connected prior to initial use.

How is the filtoo constructed?
The housing is made from a robust sheet steel construction and is powder-coated both inside and out. The filter elements are accessible via a service flap and can therefore be removed quickly and easily. The system is equipped with user-friendly controls.
