The unit is brand new, unused, and was a display model.
The chilling capacity is measured from +70°C to +3°C in 90 minutes – the freezing capacity is from +70°C to -18°C in 240 minutes.
The device features pre-set special cycles for fish, hardening ice cream, drying, as well as defrosting.

The blast chiller has been function-tested in our in-house workshop and is free of any defects.
