TECH TOM Linia wstępnego strugania 2021

We offer a complete, industrial pre-planing line for wooden components, manufactured in 2021 by TECH TOM (Poland).

The line is designed as an integrated production system enabling efficient and continuous processing of wooden components, including quality sorting as well as resizing to thickness and width.

The technological layout includes the full process:
• material loading from pallets,
• initial two-spindle planing,
• four-sided planing,
• automatic flipping of components,
• quality sorting,
• cross-cutting and length trimming,
• stacking and storage on Euro pallets.

The line is equipped with an advanced system of conveyors, scissor lifts, and sorting stations, which ensures high ergonomics and smoothness of the production process.

Thanks to the use of spiked chain guides for transporting wooden elements, the system ensures stable material feed and repeatable processing parameters.

Additional advantages include:
• one four-sided planer as a spare,
• one chain conveyor as a spare,
• a roller conveyor warehouse for Euro pallets, 170 m long,
• an extended loading ramp (6 rows of 12 m each).

This line is ideal for facilities producing:
• glulam components,
• friezes,
• semi-finished goods for panels and countertops,
• furniture components,
• solid wood structural elements.

The system is an industrial solution, ready for operation in high-volume manufacturing plants.

TECHNICAL CONDITION

The line has been in operation in a manufacturing facility.
Production testing can be carried out during a visit.
Full technical documentation is available.

The line consists of:

• 5 belt conveyors with horizontal buffer, 800 mm long
• 5 STG-4 double-spindle planers (top/bottom), wooden elements conveyed on spiked chain
• 6 STG-4 four-sided planers (1 unit as spare). Four-sided spindles (top, bottom, right, left); feed and guiding of wooden elements on spiked chain
• 6 chain conveyors with buffer (1 unit as spare), used for resizing elements in width and thickness

• 5 inter-planer conveyors for automatic top/bottom flipping of components
• Outfeed belt conveyor from planers (25 m) with sorting table for classifying components. The table is equipped with a linear laser for centering wooden elements.
• 10 sorting stations for grading components and segregating rejects, as well as thin, side, and cross offcuts
• 11 auxiliary sorting tables
• 22 scissor lifts for Euro pallets (1300 × 900 mm)
• 5 scissor lifts at STG-4 double-spindle planers (1800 × 1600 mm)
• 2 circular saws with rail-mounted trolleys for cross-cutting and trimming elements
• loading ramp – pallets with wooden components for planing, 6 rows with roller conveyors, 12 m each, width 1800 mm
• Roller conveyor warehouse for Euro pallets – 170 m x 900 mm

The offered equipment/machine is sold on EXW terms (PL – 38-120 Czudec) according to Incoterms 2020.
