Overhaul includes the following work:

- Replacement of HARDOX slide guides
- Replacement of carbon guides on the blade carriage
- Installation of new upper/lower blade seats
- Installation of new blades and bolts upper/lower
- Welding of worn areas in the shear mouth
- Dismantling of both covers, fitting new hinges, installing new shafts, reassembly

- Overhaul of all 4 HPR 160D pumps at LINDE Poland
- Sealing of the valves at the left/right valve bank
- Installation of new feed cylinder rod (180 x 8.29 m)
- Installation of new feed guide bushings including seal kit
- Hardfacing and re-machining of the feed block and hold-down
- Inspection of side cylinders, partial installation of new seal kits as required
- Replacement of piston rods and honing of tubes as needed
- General repair work on hydraulic pipes and clamps as required
- Replacement of damaged hoses
- General repair work on the structure, covers, and platform construction
- New paintwork of the unit
- Steel frame for mounting the machine

Ready for immediate use. Available from December 2024 with new paintwork.
