This set of 6 isobaric fermentation tanks was manufactured in 2014 by the Spanish company Talleres Perman S.L. Each tank has a capacity of 1,000 liters and is designed for fermentation and maturation under pressure, making them ideal for beer, cider, or sparkling wine. The tanks are equipped with integrated cooling jackets and feature decorative wooden cladding on the exterior, which can be removed if necessary.
