TAG S.r.l. ARTENA STONE FRUIT

The 16-channel TAG Artena Weighing and Filling Machine is a fully automated, multi-product weighing system used for precision portioning of delicate small and medium-sized loose fruit and vegetable produce into trays.

The machine integrates into the production line upstream from packaging and labeling machines. Products are deposited in bulk onto the weighing machine’s conveyor belt, transferred to the feeding conveyors via a dynamic hopper, and placed into trays. Trays are automatically destacked and distributed onto the indexed conveyor belt. During filling—which occurs in 4 steps—the trays are weighed in-line using patented technology.

Operation is managed via a touch-screen control panel, offering full oversight of all machine functions.
