Semi-automatic depaneling / Base machine with parallel shuttle
The dynamic LOW 4322 depaneling system is specifically designed for medium to high production volumes and meets evolving requirements in the manufacturing process. PCB panels made from a variety of materials are separated with maximum flexibility, precision, and throughput using low-dust, low-stress sawing and milling techniques. High-dynamic linear motor axes, cutting tools, and grippers meet the highest quality standards, ensuring the depaneler’s longevity and reliability.

Semi-automatic depaneling – Solutions tailored to your needs
The LOW 4322 depaneling system enables rapid product changeover while maintaining short separation and handling times. Panel loading is achieved with a parallel shuttle, clamping and fixing with pin tension technology, and, if necessary, in combination with vacuum suction cups.
This machine is equipped with:
• A shaft and disc tool separation module on Z-axis (automatically rotatable 0–90°)
• X-Y cross-cut module with linear motor technology and high-resolution measuring system
• Dual loading module built as a parallel shuttle, separated left and right with sliding doors
• Aluminum profile frame with two maintenance doors (left and right)
• Standard vision system base module for teach-in programming (camera area 400 x 330 mm)

• Automatic router length compensation (only in conjunction with shaft separation module)
• Remote maintenance/support via remote connection (TeamViewer) or customer-side provision
• Touch IPC with Windows operating system

• Air ionization
• Router breakage monitoring (shaft routers only)
• Prepared for vacuum clamping technology
• ESD window and sliding doors
A dust extraction unit can be offered as an optional retrofit.
The high performance of the depaneler, with standard sawing or milling module, fully automatic router length compensation, camera-assisted teach-in system, and two easy-to-load PCB fixtures, can be further enhanced with various customer-specific options and features (e.g. camera vision system). Precision laser axis measurement prior to commissioning is included as part of the premium customer service for all inline and stand-alone depaneling systems from Systemtechnik Hölzer.
