Everest SprayClean machines are designed for efficient cleaning of industrial parts using hot pressurized water and biodegradable detergents. SprayClean models feature extensive thermal insulation on fluid tanks, steam extraction, pneumatic front doors, and a motorized basket system as standard. Multi-stage systems are controlled via a PLC (programmable logic controller) system. Optional accessories include oil skimmers, oil separator units, filtration units, dosing pumps, loading trolleys, cabin housing insulation, and more. Rotary Washing System as Front Loader: Cleaning by high-pressure hot water spray, available in various build sizes: basket diameters from 900 to 1800 mm, load capacities from 300 to 800 kg, loading heights from 500 to 900 mm.
