Strojplast SVD-160

The Mini FlowPack SVD is practically the only device of its kind on the market for packaging both single products and bulk items, such as parts, screws, etc. The machine is equipped with a special feed hopper and a film roll holder. The sealer forms a bag and seals its side and top, enclosing the product inside while simultaneously preparing the next package.

Make-fill-and-seal bagging machine

A special type of bagging machine is a manual, vertical, flow-pack packaging machine. It is best suited for packing seeds, granulates, screws, machine parts, or other loose goods. It is not suitable for packaging powdery products (such as flour or similar). The bag has a width of 160 mm and can have a length of 100–190 mm. Suitable film: polyethylene, recommended thickness 40–60 µm. The machine enables bag production, filling, and sealing in three steps:

- The bag is formed from a film roll mounted on the machine.
- The bag is filled via a dosing chute.
- Sealing and cutting of the filled bag take place in a single step.
