The build chamber of the Fortus 450mc by Stratasys measures 406 x 355 x 406 mm, accommodating a wide range of 3D printed components. The selectable layer heights of 0.127 mm, 0.178 mm, 0.254 mm, and 0.330 mm allow for precise adjustment to your part’s requirements.
For optimal operation of this Stratasys 3D printer, a wash station is required. The Stratasys Fortus 400mc works with soluble support material SR30 or with break-away support, enabling the fabrication of even more models and allowing complex geometries such as undercuts and internal holes to be produced in 3D printing, thus reducing the need for post-processing.
The FDM 3D printer Fortus 400mc utilizes the popular, free GrabCAD software, making it quick and easy for even inexperienced users to complete their projects.
With this Stratasys FDM 3D printer model, you can use iSQUARED materials such as ABS, ABS-ESD, ABS-CF, ASA, PC-ABS, PC, ULTEM 9085, and ULTEM 1010. The build and support material cartridges each contain either 1,510 cm³ or 3,020 cm³.
