Operates like a traditional hand bender, but powered, very precise, and programmable. Includes manual or programmable CNC stop, available in 1, 2, or 3 m lengths.

The bending angles as well as stop positions are digitally programmable and can be stored in bending programs.

The standard tooling setup utilizes simple bending pins. A driver bends the material around these pins. These tools can also be easily manufactured by the customer.
In addition to the standard bending pins, we (or our customers) also manufacture tools for other cross-sections.

Capable of bending sheet metal, flat bar, round bar, various profiles, frames, etc.
Bending jaws can also be bolted on, allowing for bending very small radii (similar to a manual bending device).
