System Description:

This machine enables the fully automated processing of open shipping cartons. The key functions include:

1. Fill Height Measurement:
- Automatic measurement of the actual fill level of the carton.
- Reduction of the carton to the measured fill height.

2. Lid Application:
- Application of a carton lid to the reduced carton.
- Additional customization options via:
- Shipping labels (using integrated AKL-Tec Redtagger T200 labelling system).
- Branding print via inkjet printing system.

3. Pallet Magazine:
- Convenient loading of lid blanks using a pallet truck.
- Automatic destacking of blanks and transfer to intermediate magazine.
- No machine downtime during pallet changeover.

4. Hotmelt Sealing System:
- Secure carton sealing with Nordson ProBlue Flex system (240L central adhesive tank).
