Chassis: Design with continuous frame, newly manufactured in self-supporting aluminum construction with appropriate reinforcements in the lower flange for particularly high stability and strength, crossmembers with a height of 140 mm in reinforced design (for high ground load), additional reinforcement as gusset plate in the front lower flange/vehicle frame area, chassis made of galvanized steel up to the support structure.

Axles and Suspension: Disc brakes 22.5, Jost (DCA) axle assemblies, 3x9 ton capacity with DCA air suspension, raise/lower function, Wabco Smartboard Info Center, electronic brake wear indicator (BVA, can be read out in the tractor unit display), first axle with start-assist function (new EC regulation, without tractor unit equipment), (first and third axle liftable on request at extra cost).

Tyres and Wheels: 6 wheels with tires size 385/65 R 22.5 of manufacturer’s choice (Br-Go-Co) on silver-painted steel rims, 11.75x22.5 ET 120.

Kingpin: 2-inch, bolted into a 10 mm thick mounting plate.

Landing Gear: Mechanical landing legs with two speeds, 2x 20-ton support capacity with swivel foot.

Brake System: According to E.C. regulations, EBS electronic braking system by Wabco with RSS (Roll Stability Support) and premium modulator, spring-type parking brake on two axles operated from the rear, ALU air reservoir system.

Electrical System: In accordance with EC Directive 91/633 and 97/28, with 2 five-chamber lamps (Aspöck Europoint) integrated into the ALU rear end, 24-volt system with 1x 15-pin and 2x 7-pin sockets, with LED side marker lights, 2 reflective warning plates at the rear, position lights at the front (2x white), rear (2x red), 2 separate halogen reversing lights integrated into underrun protection.

Body/Tipper Body: Fully welded interior, reinforced side walls, front wall load 17,250 daN, side and rear walls 13,400/10,400 daN. Aluminum tipper body, side walls made from 30 mm thick aluminum plank profiles (2–3 mm), 600 mm wide, completely welded with lower and upper flange, inside profile joints fully welded; floor as walking floor system laid on 140 mm aluminum crossmembers, floor forklift load approx. 9t/m², crossmembers spaced closely (approx. 350 mm), special angled aluminum corner profiles, flat straight rear wall with 2 aluminum swing doors (50/30 mm thick) with 2 locking rods, fixed into the welded ALU rear frame with Teflon and stainless steel bearings; doors secured when open by a chain at each side; hard wear plates welded to side walls, approx. 2000x1500x4 mm; moving residual discharge wall with Kevlar tarp approx. 1800 mm long plus lateral brushes and Kevlar side-sealing; service door in front wall with interior-folding ladder.

Hydraulic System: Walking floor system in the floor with hydraulically operated ALU profiles on ALU square sections with approx. 880 PE-HD gliders plus anti-lifting slide bearings, Type CF 10 mm floor design, hydraulics with approx. 200 mm working stroke, fixed halves at the front wall, separate option for connecting the hydraulic line under the vehicle with fixed halves, line size NW 21, fixed halves with size and type to be specified, operating pressure 190–max. 240 bar, ALU end caps welded into walking floor, electric controls on left rear with remote control in a lockable waterproof box, hydraulic hoses not included.
