Overview of Design and Features Our mobile 20-foot Sapi spray containers consist of a robust steel frame with welded wall and ceiling panels. Inside, we can add special equipment such as cranes or lifting devices. The flooring is made from checker plate. Both door wings feature ventilation grilles equipped with fine-pore filter mats. For safety, one door wing is designed as an escape door and fitted with a viewing window. Notably, these are not simply converted shipping containers! We manufacture all our containers from scratch, using only the most durable materials that meet requirements and have been tested and proven to comply with safety standards. Standard shipping containers would not meet the necessary safety standards. Paint Mist Extraction System in the Mobile Spray Container The paint mist extraction wall is mounted in front of the rear wall for the separation of overspray, and is fitted with multi-layer filter mats. The extraction wall consists of a galvanized housing, bent with baffle plates, including various suspension and mounting elements for filter installation. On the container’s exterior, at the rear wall, a powerful and explosion-proof extraction fan with a drive motor is installed on a console.
