BAEM-2 is a co-extruder with filling capability (equipped with two hoppers – an optional third hopper can be installed to allow for two-color fillings) and is a multifunctional industrial unit for the professional production of products such as dumplings, filled dumplings, cookies, filled cookies, meatballs, meat sticks, burgers, as well as confectionery (candies, cakes, strudel, pralines, etc.).

It can produce a wide range of round or elongated products, with or without filling. The weight, dough-to-filling ratio, and product size are continuously adjustable. Machine output: up to 80 pcs/min (4,800 pcs/hour). Dough and filling containers: 20 liters each.
