System for Draw Oil Preparation for Tube Manufacturing

The system is designed for the optimal preparation of undrawn tubes for the subsequent drawing process. In this process, the tubes are uniformly treated in draw oil baths, ensuring homogeneous wetting of the surface.

The draw oil bath provides consistent lubrication, which reduces friction resistance during the drawing operation, improves surface quality, and extends the service life of the tooling. The system is configured to ensure a continuous material flow as well as constant bath temperature and quality. As such, it constitutes a key process step in tube manufacturing and makes a significant contribution to both the quality and cost-effectiveness of production.
