Cream cooker "Creamco" with 80-liter kettle, demonstration unit (year 2024) with warranty, in near-new condition, used only for demonstration purposes. Designed for preparing pudding, masses, creams, fillings, cooked and scalded pieces, and much more. Features a double-walled stainless steel vessel, easy-to-remove (tool-free) agitator including plastic scrapers, and a digital thermostat and timer.

Mobile machine, fully constructed from stainless steel with triple-layer walls for optimal thermal insulation and even heat distribution, including side and bottom scrapers. Comes with a removable lid featuring a separately sealable filling opening. Also perfectly suited for making or preparing sensitive products such as choux pastry, custard cream, chocolate, fondant, fruit marmalade, glazes, fillings, as well as for comparable products that require uniform heating and mixing/stirring. Two stirring speeds can be selected, as well as mixing without heating, i.e. for pre-mixing ingredients or for cooling.

Manual or automatic operation via digital thermostat and timer. The kettle can be easily tilted for product removal using a hand crank, even beyond 90 degrees, allowing for relatively easy cleaning as well.
