Suitable for HEAVY-DUTY applications. The EVO model is available for light to medium workpieces. 6-sided drum lined with durable, vulcanized rubber, thickness 36 mm, closure lid equipped with gas struts, protective cover/shutter against the rotating drum, robust design, easy operation. Control via timer on the control panel, main and emergency stop switches. Maximum filling amount is 40% of the drum volume, corresponding to 750 kg (consisting of 550 kg workpieces + 200 kg deburring media = hardened manganese balls (200 kg included), see photo 6, or cast iron pentagons, see photo 7). These are available from Sideros. Continuously variable speed adjustment via frequency inverter approx. 13–22 rpm (3,200 €). The manufacturer recommends sending in 100 kg of sample parts of the material to be deburred for testing before ordering, especially for complex workpieces.
