Like all of our T/NC series hydraulic presses, its design facilitates the loading and unloading of large parts, plates, or structures. It enables access to various pressing points without needing to move the workpiece, thanks to the lateral movement of the cylinder and the longitudinal travel of the bridge. It uses an optimized hydraulic system with a pressure below 319 Bar, ensuring prolonged durability and reliable performance. STRUCTURE AND WORKTABLES - Consists of an electro-welded frame made exclusively from S355JR steel. - Structure is stabilized and machined after the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision. - Designed and calculated using finite element analysis software. - Longitudinal movement of the bridge is achieved by frequency inverter and toothed belt. - Lateral movement of the press head is motorized and controlled via frequency inverter.
